“The day I responded to a Medicare questionnaire over the internet I started getting phone calls from every provider out there. I soon thought I'd made a terrible mistake. Yet something about the call from the Benefit Link people led me to immediately believe that these folks were anxious to really help me get through the Medicare "maze" and I stuck with their phone call and have never regretted doing so. It seemed all they wanted to do was to be sure I understood what I needed to do and how and when to do it. Two years ago when it was necessary to choose my provider for Medicare, I was deluged with offers from all over the country. One of the offers was from The Benefit Link Inc., in Texas.
Maybe it was from divine intervention. Diana and Charlotte were so helpful in expaining all the possibilities when decisions needed to be made. Now, after two years, I needed some guidance in switching one of my plans for the most economical to fit my needs. I called The Benefit Line Inc. for help and Diana was right there.

I have spent a great deal of time looking into supplemental insurance and received a number of calls, with a variety of stories, after searching the internet for information and clarification.
The people at The Benefit Llink provide information on appropriate possibilities, and followed up on my questions. They gave direction for the changes that I wanted to make and were always pleasant to work with.
I contacted them later to inquire about dental insurance. They referred me to people within the group with expertise in that area and did research on companies that I had come across in my search.
I appreciate the help they have given me and will use The Benefit Link in the future.
